1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mahjong Slide ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. About the App

Mahjong Slide is a mobile puzzle game developed by ARRCWood Studios. The App is available on iOS through the Apple App Store.

3. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, ARRCWood Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the App

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle or store any payment or financial information.

All refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In-game currency (Jade) and virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash.

6. Advertising

The App displays optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads are entirely optional — you are never required to watch an ad to play the game. By choosing to watch a rewarded ad, you acknowledge that Google's privacy practices apply to that interaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, tile art, music, sound effects, puzzle designs, and text — is the property of ARRCWood Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any App content outside of normal gameplay without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARRCWood Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of in-game progress or virtual items.

10. Modifications to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
