Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Mahjong Slide ("we," "our," or "us") is a puzzle game developed by ARRCWood Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. We do not collect personal information from users.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Collect personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise locations of users
• Require logins, sign-ups, or user accounts
• Sell your data or link it to your identity

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Mahjong Slide saves your game progress and settings locally on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults). This includes:

• Game progress and completed puzzles
• Earned stars, experience points, and in-game currency
• Power-up inventory and unlocked features
• App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

4. Apple Game Center

Mahjong Slide integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you are signed in to Game Center, Apple may collect and process information in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not receive or store your Game Center profile data. 5. Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how the game is played, so we can improve it. It automatically assigns your device an app-instance ID and reports gameplay events such as games started and completed, power-ups used, ads watched, purchases, and feedback poll activity. This data is not linked to your name or any other personal identity. For details, review the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Anonymous Feedback and Firebase Firestore

Mahjong Slide occasionally shows a short optional poll asking for your feedback about the game, and it also logs when the App Store review prompt is shown. Both are stored in our Firebase Firestore database (a Google service), tagged with a random ID generated on your device — not your name, Apple ID, or any other identifying information.

Poll answers can include free text you type yourself. Please don't include your name, email address, or any other personal information in your answers — we can't remove personal details from an answer after it's submitted, only delete the row entirely (see "How to Delete Your Data" below).

You can opt out of future polls at any time from within a poll itself, using the "Not interested — stop showing this" link.

7. Advertising and AdMob

The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob in the following forms:

• Rewarded ads — optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards such as Jade, a free shuffle, life restoration, or doubled end-of-game rewards
• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads that may appear automatically between games
• Banner ads — small ads displayed at the bottom of the screen during gameplay

Ads can be permanently removed through two optional purchases available in the in-game store:

• No Interruptions — removes banner and interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain available but are never shown automatically
• Ad-Free Experience — removes all ads entirely, including rewarded ads

AdMob may collect certain information from your device for the purpose of serving ads, including:

• Device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier, IDFA)
• Device information and operating system version
• Approximate location
• Usage information related to ad performance

On iOS, you may be asked to allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown. For details on how Google uses information, please review Google Advertising Privacy.

8. In-App Purchases

Mahjong Slide offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or financial information. All transactions are handled entirely by Apple. For details, please review the Apple Privacy Policy.

9. How to Delete Your Data

• Feedback and review data — open Settings > Privacy in the app and copy your feedback ID, then email it to arrcwoodstudios@gmail.com and ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. If you've never submitted a poll, this screen will say so and there's nothing to delete.
• Future feedback polls — decline any poll using its "Not interested — stop showing this" link to opt out permanently.
• Advertising identifier — reset or limit ad tracking any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or under the specific app's permissions.
• Game Center data — manage or delete your Game Center activity through your Apple ID settings at appleid.apple.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available within the app or on our website.
