Frequently Asked Questions
How do I earn Jade?
Jade is the in-game currency. You can earn it by completing puzzles, logging in daily, watching optional rewarded ads, and reaching milestones. A bonus amount is awarded on your 7th consecutive daily login.
What do the power-ups do?
Mahjong Slide has five power-ups: Undo — reverses your last move. Hint — highlights an available match on the board. Shuffle — rearranges all tiles on the board. Hammer — removes any tile and its matching pair. Bomb — automatically finds and destroys matching pairs after a short countdown.
How are stars awarded?
Stars are awarded based on how quickly you complete a puzzle and how many power-ups you use. Completing a puzzle faster with fewer power-ups earns more stars.
Can I replay completed puzzles?
Yes. Any puzzle you have completed — including 3-star puzzles — can be replayed from the Select a Puzzle screen. Puzzles are organized by difficulty and by the number of stars you earned.
What are the difficulty levels?
Mahjong Slide has three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Higher difficulties feature larger boards and more complex tile arrangements.
My progress was lost. What should I do?
Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, progress may not carry over. If you believe this occurred unexpectedly, please contact us at arrcwoodstudios@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
I was charged for an in-app purchase but didn't receive the item.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a review of your transaction.
How do leaderboards and achievements work?
Mahjong Slide uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. You must be signed in to Game Center on your device to participate. Your scores and achievement progress are managed by Apple.
