End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ARRCWood Studios ("Licensor") for the use of Mahjong Slide ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. License Grant

ARRCWood Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from ARRCWood Studios
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation tools, or any unauthorized means to manipulate gameplay or in-game progress
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content — including graphics, tile art, puzzle designs, music, sound effects, and text — are and remain the exclusive property of ARRCWood Studios. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ARRCWood Studios.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. ARRCWood Studios does not handle or store payment information.

Virtual currency (Jade) and virtual items obtained through gameplay or purchase are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and may not be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash. ARRCWood Studios reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time.

In-app purchase prices are set in the applicable currency for your region and are displayed in the App's store prior to purchase. Prices are subject to change. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

All refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

• Apple Game Center — leaderboards and achievements
• Google AdMob — rewarded video, interstitial, and banner advertising. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. Ads can be permanently removed via the "No Interruptions" or "Ad-Free Experience" in-app purchases available in the in-game store.
• Apple App Store — in-app purchases and payment processing

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. ARRCWood Studios is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

7. User Data

Game progress and settings are saved locally on your device. ARRCWood Studios does not collect, transmit, or store personal data. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ARRCWood Studios does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARRCWood Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of in-game progress, virtual currency, or virtual items.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession. ARRCWood Studios also reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.

11. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary. This EULA is between ARRCWood Studios and you only — not with Apple.

12. Updates

ARRCWood Studios may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after an updated EULA is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will be available within the App or on our website.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
