End User License Agreement

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ARRCWood Studios ("Licensor") for the use of Bill Docket ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
2. License Grant
ARRCWood Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the App or any portion of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from ARRCWood Studios
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content — including design, graphics, and text — are and remain the exclusive property of ARRCWood Studios. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ARRCWood Studios.
5. User Data
All data you enter in the App — such as biller names, amounts, due dates, payment history, and categories — is stored locally on your device only. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to ARRCWood Studios. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any data you enter. 6. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases for additional features, processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2. ARRCWood Studios does not collect or store payment information. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms. You will be shown the price and asked to confirm before any charge is made.
7. No Financial Advice
Bill Docket is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, or accounting advice. Forecasts and reports are based entirely on data you enter and are provided for informational purposes. ARRCWood Studios is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate advertising networks, analytics tools, or other third-party data-collecting services. In-app purchases are handled by Apple. Optional iCloud sync is provided through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ARRCWood Studios does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARRCWood Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data stored within the App or any financial decisions made in reliance on App data.
11. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession. ARRCWood Studios also reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
12. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary. This EULA is between ARRCWood Studios and you only — not with Apple.
13. Updates
ARRCWood Studios may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after an updated EULA is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will be available on our website.
14. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
