Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MYOINT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. About the App

MYOINT is a workout tracking app developed by ARRCWood Studios. The App is available on iOS through the Apple App Store. MYOINT is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

3. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, ARRCWood Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the App

5. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

MYOINT offers optional premium features through a subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store via StoreKit 2. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle or store any payment or financial information.

Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

A 14-workout-day trial of premium features may be available to new users. Trial eligibility is determined at the time of sign-up and is subject to change.

All refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Health Data

MYOINT may request read-only access to Apple Health data (resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep) to generate a recovery score. By granting HealthKit access, you acknowledge that this data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. MYOINT is not a medical device and recovery scores are for informational purposes only. Do not use MYOINT data to make medical decisions.

7. Microphone Access

MYOINT may request microphone access to enable voice logging. By granting microphone access, you acknowledge that audio is processed by Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer framework. We do not record, store, or transmit your audio. Microphone access is optional; you may revoke it at any time in iOS Settings without affecting core app functionality.

8. Advertising

MYOINT does not display advertisements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the exercise library, interface design, charts, and text — is the property of ARRCWood Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any App content outside of normal use without our written permission.

10. User Data

All workout data you log is stored locally on your device. You own your data. You may export it at any time as CSV or JSON. Deleting the App permanently removes all locally stored data. We do not retain copies of your data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk. MYOINT does not provide medical advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARRCWood Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of workout data. ARRCWood Studios is not liable for any injury or health outcome resulting from use of or reliance on the App.

13. Modifications to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
