MYOINT ("we," "our," or "us") is a workout tracking app developed by ARRCWood Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. We are committed to keeping your data on your device and under your control.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Collect personal data such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Require logins, sign-ups, or user accounts of any kind
• Run our own analytics or track users across apps or websites
• Transmit your workout history, health data, or any other personal data to our servers

3. Data Stored on Your Device

MYOINT stores all workout data locally on your device using SwiftData. This includes:

• Workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Personal records and 1RM estimates
• Custom exercises and exercise library preferences
• App settings, unit preferences, and rest timer configuration

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can export your full history at any time as CSV or JSON.

4. HealthKit

MYOINT requests read-only access to Apple Health data to generate a daily recovery score. Specifically, the app may read:

• Resting heart rate
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Sleep data

We do not write data to Apple Health. Health data is read on-device and used only to compute your recovery score — it is never transmitted to us, stored separately, or shared with any third party. 5. Microphone and Voice Logging

MYOINT uses Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer framework to support hands-free voice logging (e.g., "log bench 185 for 5"). When you use voice logging:

• Microphone access is only active while you are actively using the voice logging feature
• Audio is processed by Apple's speech recognition framework, either on-device or through Apple's servers depending on your iOS version and settings
• We do not record, store, or transmit your audio
• You may revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings; this disables voice logging but does not affect any other app functionality

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

MYOINT offers optional premium features through a subscription managed by StoreKit 2 and the Apple App Store. All transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase has been made — we do not receive, store, or handle any payment or financial information. For details, please review the Apple Privacy Policy.

7. Siri and App Intents

MYOINT exposes Start Workout, Log Set, and Finish Workout actions to Siri and the iOS Shortcuts app via App Intents. Interactions with Siri are governed by Apple's privacy practices. We do not receive or store any data from Siri interactions beyond what is needed to execute the requested action locally in the app.

8. Advertising

MYOINT does not display advertisements and does not integrate any advertising SDKs.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Data Export and Deletion

You can export your complete workout history as CSV or JSON at any time from within the app. To delete all app data, delete the app from your device. Because all data is stored locally, deletion is complete and immediate.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available within the app or on our website.
