By using Mga Pinoy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

Mga Pinoy is a directory app developed by ARRCWood Studios that provides a listing of Filipino-owned and operated businesses in the United States and its territories. The information is provided as-is for general informational purposes only.

3. Accuracy of Information

Business data is gathered from public sources and user submissions. ARRCWood Studios makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing.

4. Advertising

The App displays third-party banner advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob provides the ads and may collect limited device information in accordance with their policies.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security
• Copy, redistribute, or resell content from the App without permission
• Use the App to harass, harm, or mislead others

6. Intellectual Property

Original content, branding, and design elements within the App are owned by ARRCWood Studios or its licensors. Business information sourced from public platforms is not owned by ARRCWood Studios.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." ARRCWood Studios is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the App or reliance on its information.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.
