End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ARRCWood Studios ("Licensor") for the use of Mga Pinoy ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. License Grant

ARRCWood Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy or distribute the App for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App and all intellectual property rights — including original content, branding, and design elements — remain the exclusive property of ARRCWood Studios. You are granted no ownership rights by downloading or using the App. Business information sourced from public platforms is not owned by ARRCWood Studios.

5. Data Disclaimer

ARRCWood Studios does not collect user data. Business listings are obtained from public sources, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Updates and Maintenance

ARRCWood Studios may release updates or improvements to the App. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of any modified terms or functionality.

7. Termination

ARRCWood Studios may terminate your license at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARRCWood Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

10. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary. This EULA is between ARRCWood Studios and you only — not with Apple.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
