End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Mga Pinoy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

2. Ownership

The app and all intellectual property rights remain the property of Mga Pinoy. You are granted no ownership rights by downloading or using the app.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Copy or distribute the app for commercial purposes.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the app.

4. Data Disclaimer

Mga Pinoy does not collect user data. Business listings are obtained from public sources, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

5. Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates or improvements to the app. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of any modified terms or functionality.

6. Termination

We may terminate your license at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Mga Pinoy or its developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
