By downloading, installing, or using Device Battery Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. About the App

Device Battery Manager is a personal utility app developed by ARRCWood Studios that allows you to track and organize battery types for your household devices. It is available on iOS through the Apple App Store.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for general audiences. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms on your behalf.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, ARRCWood Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Data and Privacy

6. No Third-Party Services

The App does not use advertising networks, analytics services, or other third-party data-collecting services. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including design, graphics, and text — is the property of ARRCWood Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any App content outside of normal personal use without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
